報徳二宮神社の御本殿にある、しめ縄。
しめ縄は、神がその場所に存在していることを示し、邪気を祓うなど、神社にとっては昔からとても大切なものですが、報徳二宮神社のしめ縄は、昔から富山県立山町の「立山報徳会」の皆さんが、毎年お米を収穫した後の稲わらを使って手作りで奉納していただいている、気持ちのこもったしめ縄なのです。

Shime-nawa have long been important to shrines, as they indicate the presence of deities and ward off evil spirits. The shimenawa are handmade by the Tateyama Houtokukai in Tateyama City, Toyama Prefecture.
このしめ縄は、毎年新年に新しいものに新調します。
令和7年（2025年）のしめ縄は、令和6年（2024年）12月28日に、立山報徳会の代表の方々がしめ縄を運んで奉納してくださいました。
片道6時間以上かかる道程。途中には積雪箇所もあります。
写真中央の山崎さんは、昔から二宮尊徳先生を熱心に勉強・崇拝している方で、このしめ縄をなんと40年間にわたり年末にこうして奉納しに来ていただいています。
This shimenawa is renewed every New Year.
The shimenawa for 2025 was dedicated on December 28, 2024, by representatives of the Tateyama Houtokukai, who carried the shimenawa to the shrine.
The journey took more than six hours one way. There are snow-covered areas along the way.
Mr. Yamazaki, in the center of the photo, has been a devoted student and worshipper of Mr. Sontoku Ninomiya for many years, and has come to dedicate this shimenawa at the end of each year for 40 years.
